Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping must be paid at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is a 24 hour time frame from delivery to inform Cremos Customs about your damaged product. inquiries made outside this time frame will be denied.

Custom underwear cannot be refunded or returned.

This is due to the item requiring care which instructions are given and there is no way for the store owner to tell how the item was damaged as everything is inspected before shipment. 

Please note that there are care instructions both on the item's description and in the physical package. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (personalised items), masks, hats & underwear due to hygiene reasons. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received a new item will be shipped out to you.

If you notice you ordered the wrong size and the item hasn't been made/shipped it can be changed upon request.

 

Exchanges cannot be made for custom products. 


Refunds

be as crude as you want but you will be immediately refunded if the design includes any racism, homophobia, fatphobia etc. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
